“SMAPTRONICS” the brand for LED Wall from Sandesh Publicity and Marketing, is proud to introduce ourselves as manufacturing of Electronic LED Display Systems, Video Screens established in 2015 and located in the Pune. Company origin is Dhanashree Ads started in 1999 as advertising agency and manufacturing single color LED displays in Sangli District of Western Maharashtra. From 2007 we had started manufacturing of Dual color animated led displays and sizes are starting from 6 feet * 12 feet onwards with advanced graphic technology that we are the only manufacturers in India of led display who are shown the any person’s photo even on single color LED display using 8085 controller and this magical Graphics 1st display installed in Pune at Swaroop Society Mehendale garage Pune ,where we had shown photos of many celebrities on the display and it was fully Indigenous display in 2003.
With total 16 years’ experience, honest, hard work, 2014 we have started new firm Sandesh Publicity and Marketing. Under this company banner we have launched our advance led Products Brand name “SMAPTRONICS” Now our company manufacturing Single color, Dual color and Full color LED Video screens for various applications like advertising media, public facilities, sports, entertainment and other industries etc. We are pioneers in manufacturing of Outdoor / Indoor Electronic LED Display Systems. Modules are getting assembled from prestigious companies in China and Taiwan who has CE, ROHS world standard certifications. We have unique advantage products and technology for SMD indoor-outdoor, LAMP indoor-outdoor with point by point correction, automatically brightness adjustment, supersized screens, ultra-small spacing, abnormity screen solutions. All outdoor products are through the high and low temperature, waterproof test and are reaching IP66 and above standards. “LED Display main Components”
LED Lamp / Chip and Driving IC’s are main components of LED Display. In market various types of Chips are available like Nichia, Cree, Nationstar, Kinglight, Hongshen, MLS, Silan,etc. with Gold wire as well copper wire. Cost of Nichia and Cree lamps display is normally 5 times higher than Nationstar or other lamps available in the market. In Driving IC main brands are like Mblock, Chipone, SUM, ICN etc. from these Mblock is the most popular brand which is from Taiwan. Normally we are recommending Nationstar Lamp with Mblock/ ICN IC’s however we are we can provide material according to client requirements or specifications designed by the company or any organisations. Our MS outdoor waterproof cabinet can be used in extreme outdoor conditions like heavy rain, High temperature or extreme low temperature from -35 degree Celsius to +50 degree Celsius as well its ingress protection is front/Back IP65/IP54. To maintain our quality and product standard we always using SMPS and LED modules with BIS as well world standard certifications like CE, CC, ROHS, FCC, UL etc.
